Expect to see a reduction in customer wait times and the number of support tickets logged whilst ensuring the correct processes are followed. You can record and store these sessions.

Tenant Engagement

To help you meet Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) and approach engagement without biases. I offer participation in tenant engagement groups, gather and analyse feedback, assistance with TSM findings and provide follow up calls to improve the resident experience whilst assisting the Call Centre.
